Pictures of 2000

(Halloween Night)

These pictures are follow the sequence of the Haunted House path

Here is a good view of how much candy we give out.  We get 500 guest each night and each gets a giant goody bag.

Here is a side view to show the endless stream of candy

Here is a shot of use at the entrance with out our masks

Here is a shot with our masks on

The was the first room inside the entrance. An actor would them open the wall behind the table that leads into the graveyard.  This was used to keep the people in groups throughout the tent.

Here is another view of the table

Here is the completed graveyard that comes right after the entrance.  An actor was inside the coffin to scare people

Here is a partial shot of the torture room.  This room is added every year just for show.

Here is a view of our shrinking tunnel.  As you can see we dressed the actor in the same style as the tunnel.

Here is a shot of the end of the tunnel.

Because of our theme, "Hell", we had an ice room and a fire room.  This is a picture of the ice room.

Here is the other corner of the ice room.

Here is the picture of the fire room.  There was a cage before this but we don't have a picture of it...sorry!

The fire room, if you can see in the bottom right, had a lava pit.  It worked some of the time.

The next few parts of the tent consited of hallways, here is one of them.

Here is the last hallway before the end room.  You can see the entrance to the final room at the left.

Here is a picture of the last room's graveyard.

The last room also had two monstermud creations in it.  It also had an actor dressed up like a monstermud dummy.  This room fooled a lot of people and scared 99% of them

Here are the proprietors of the house, Kim and Barry Zedah.  We thought we should mention them for they are our financial backbone.  Plus they love Halloween and do just as much work as we do.  Their son Joey can be seen in the bottom right.

Here is Uncle Joe, he is Kim's uncle.  He has been here longer then we have.  He comes down every year from New York City to help out.

I thought I'd show what goes on after Halloween is over ... the teardown.   Look at all the mess!

Vast amounts of lights have to be taken down!

Endless stream of garbage!

All props have to be put away!

And the walls have to come down and be stored or thrown away!
